Q: I see a product in your store but there is no "Add to cart" button; what does this mean?

A: When we are out of stock of a supplement the shopping cart will not allow you to "Add to cart" so you cannot order a product that is not in stock. Unless we have a back-order situation with a supplier, usually the product will be back in stock within two or three days. If you need a specific date, please contact us through the "Contact Us" link in the main menu. (Please note: if you have items in your basket, and you have created an account, you can log out and the shopping cart will still have your items when you log back in to check for the product that was out of stock.)

Q: Why do you only sell to patients?

A: Most of our supplement suppliers only work with physicians and other related medical providers; they do not sell directly to the public and do not distribute to retail outlets. This way they ensure that their products are used in an appropriate manner, including being prescribed in appropriate dosages, and monitored with medical oversight to maximize the chance for treatment success.

Q: What is different about the supplements you sell?

A: As stated above, most of our supplements are "physician-only" products. Manufacturers of physician-only supplements manufacture their products to pharmaceutical-grade standards, which is a higher standard than most consumer-grade nutritional supplements. They rely more on current science when formulating their products, and know that their product's effectiveness will be closely monitored by a physician. Consumer level supplements are formulated and sold to maximize profits and increase sales. Physician-only grade products are manufactured to assist physicians in treating patients and bringing about improved clinical outcomes. Dr. Waller has consistently observed better lab results from our supplements than consumer level supplements.

Q: How soon can you ship my supplements?

A: Overnight orders will ship the next business day. Orders received during the business days will ship within 24 hours. Please see our shipping policies for more information.

Q: I forgot the supplements that I need; what do I do?

A: Please call our office at 248-844-1414 and speak to one of our front desk receptionists. They will be able to look at your medical records and assist you.

Q: I've lost my password; how do I get a new one?

A: If you have lost or need to reset your password please follow these instructions carefully.

  1. Go to www.wallerwellnessstore.com and click Sign in at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on Forgot your password? below the Sign-in button.
  3. When Change your password appears enter your email address and click on Continue. you will notified that an email has been sent to your email inbox.
  4. Retrieve the email from your email inbox. Click on the link (Or cut and paste the link if needed). This will take you to another web page with a notice to "Sign in to Your Account", however, do not attempt to sign in yet!! Follow the directions in the green area, and check your email again, this time for the new temporary password.
  5. After you open the second email, you can copy ("cut and paste") the password and attempt to log in with your email and the new password. However, if it does not work, you will have to type in the new password.
  6. After you log in with the temporary password you will be taken to the My Account page. If you want to change the temporary password to one that is more memorable, you will have to click the Your Account Details link.
  7. Now you can type in your preferred password, in both the Password and Confirm Password windows, and then click on Update My Details.
  8. If Successful, you will receive a notice that states Your account details have been updated. You are now signed in and will be able to shop the web store

A: Please click on the "Contact Us" link in the main menu and submit your question. We will respond promptly.
