Cocommune Bar® is our latest, delicious creation in functional food bars. We have blended a rich dark chocolate with a generous amount of moist, creamy coconut filling to provide a taste that will rival even a Mounds® bar!

This all natural, kosher food bar also contains a very useful 500mg of our specially prepared colostrum Tegricel® per bar. Tegricel® (patent pending) is a novel nutriceutical designed to enhance general immune function and to help reduce the annoying and sometimes debilitating effects of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), including Crohn's, Celiac and Ulcerative Colitis. It has been suggested to heal and repair damaged gastrointestinal mucosal tissue from the use of NSAIDs. It provides a perfect combination of immune and growth factors including immunoglobulins, lactoferrin and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), amino acids and other important nutrients.

Additionally, the fat content of the bar is provided by coconut and coconut oil, which are rich in medium chain fatty acids known to possess anti-bacterial and immune-enhancing properties. Coconut oil is very easily burned into energy. It is made up of about 50% lauric acid which becomes 2 mono-lauren in the gut. 2-mono-lauren dissolves the lipid envelope that protects most pathogenic bacteria, viruses and parasites. It is not a surprise that lauric acid is found in human breast milk. All of these beneficial ingredients are wrapped up in nutritious and antioxidant-rich dark chocolate with only one net carbohydrate per bar.
