Shipping Policies

 General Shipping Policies


Currently we only ship to locations within the United States. Our only carrier that we currently use is the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All orders over $150 will ship free of charge, Priority Mail, by USPS.

Orders shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) may take 2 to 4 days depending on your distance from our facility.

Orders received on weekends, and after business hours during the week, will ship the next business day. All orders received during normal business hours will be shipped within 24 business hours.

Delivery times and shipping costs will be based on shipping methods and options that you choose. Shipping cost for most items we sell are weight-based. Weights can be found on the individual product page. To reflect the policy of the shipping companies all weights will be rounded up to the next weight increment.

There are no additional shipping charges added by Waller Wellness Center for standard shipping services; all shipping charges are what we are charged by USPS for their services.

Standard Delivery: All shipments will ship USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times will generally be as stated above. We do not currently offer expedited or overnight delivery. If you need overnight shipping please contact us at 248-844-1414 to discuss options. Free shipping only applies to orders shipped in the continental United States.

Orders Held for Pick-up at WWC Office: You are welcome to place an order on the webstore and indicate that you would the order to be held for pickup at our offices (Open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM). To do this you will need to select Hold for Pick-up at WWC Offices $0.00 during Step 3 of the checkout process. Please consider doing this the night prior to the day you would like to pick up your order, to allow us time to process the order.

Product Availability and Shipping: We make every effort to keep products in stock that are regularly used by our customers and patients. If an item is not currently in stock you will not be able to enter the item into your shopping basket. If an item is out of stock, we will normally receive a replenishment of our stock within 5 business days. If you have a question about an out-of-stock item please call us at 248-844-1414, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
